OZ FIT Personal Training is back for 2017. We hope you all had a great christmas and new year and didnt over indulge too much!!! We cannot wait to get back into it!!
Personal Sessions will start next Monday 9th January 2017.
If you have a personal session from last year can you please confirm your time and day and if you need to change your sessions please let us know asap so we can work out a time to suit.
Bootcamp will start next Monday 9th January 2017 and all times will be the same as last year.
Monday 6.30pm, Wednesday 5.30am and 6.30pm, Friday 6.30pm and Saturday 6.30am. YOU MUST BOOK YOUR SPOT FOR 2017 AS WE ARE STARTING A NEW BOOT CAMP ROLL THE YEAR. WE WILL BE CAPPING NUMBERS SO IF YOUR NAME ISNT ON THE NEW ROLL YOU WILL MAY MISS OUT.
CHIX in MITS and ABT Circuit will start the week of Monday 16th.
CHIX in MITS will be on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 7.30pm. ABT Circuit will be on Tuesdays at 5.30am and Thursdays at 6am! You must book a spot for these sessions as they will fill quick.
For the first time we will be be offering a 4 Week New Year Kickstarter Detox Plan.
This package includes a 1 on 1 pt session, 2 bootcamp session per week and a customised detox plan to help get you back in shape after the christmas break. This plan is $65pp per week. Or if you want to train with a friend you can chose the couples package which is $55pp per week and you share a pt session.
This is the perfect plan to if you are considering doing our upcoming 12 Week Challenge starting in February.
Lets start off the new year with a bang and get our health and fitness back on track!!!
