Berry Mint Smoothie

 

  •      1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  •      ¾ cup of strawberries, hulled
  •       ½ teaspoon honey 
  •       2 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt
  •      ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
  •      ¼ cup roughly chopped mint leaves
  •      3 tablespoons rolled oats
  •       Ice cubes

 

           Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1min. Serves 1. Enjoy!
