Attention all ladies! Would you like to keep fit and healthy over the winter months and stop the dreaded winter weight from making an appearance this year? Well I have just the thing to keep you motivated!!
CHIX IN MITS is a ladies only boxing which incorporates boxing, cardio and strength and conditioning for a 1 hour all over body workout. There are two session times to choose from - tuesday night 7.30pm or friday night 5.30pm at the capalaba rugby league fields on banfield lane capalaba.
Its a 6 week round and is $60 per person. You will need to arrange your own partner and replacement if required! You don’t need to be fit to do these sessions. All equipment is provided.
