Abs, Bum and Thighs are the areas most women want to work on when toning up and now there is a group session dedicated for just this.
OZ FIT Personal Training is introducing the new ABT Group in July 2012 for woman. The class will be based around strength and conditioning of the Abs, Bum and Thighs with Cardio aspects to keep the heart pumping. If your looking for a great all over workout that will leave you feeling worked this is the session for you.
The sessions will be held at the Capalaba Rugby League Fields on Thursdays at 9am-10am and will be $15pp for an hour session.
