I have lost over 30kg and I’m the fittest I have ever been.
Ive always struggled with weight gain and over the years gone up and down. This time I have kept it off and I’m not going back.
Ive never done weights before OZFIT and it feels great to be strong and feel myself getting stronger each session I do.

1. Culture-the culture at OZ FIT is like a family, you go and not only exercise but to catch up and motivate your friends to succeed.
2. Results-Mason and Alicia don’t except failure, if you tell them your goal they wont let you forget it along the way and make sure you achieve more than you ever imagined.
3 Variety-Bootcamps are so much more engaging and fun than the gym. It’s not just going through the motions. Group activities push you harder than you would ever push yourself.
