To lose weight, get stronger, get abs and just be a healthier better me.

What have you achieved while being trained at OZFIT Personal Training:

I have learnt so much about nutrition and how what I put i to my body really matters. I have done five 12 week challenges so far with OZFIT and have learnt more every time I do one. This 12 week challenge I achieved so much for myself, I never thought I could push myself this hard and be so determine. But with Mason and Alicia’s inspiring words and encouragement I have never been so close to my dream body as now. It is also all in your mind with how committed you want to be, so many people in the most recent challenge in 2014 were so committed to their goals and it made you want to be as well.

What are the 3 main reasons why you are happy to refer friends and family to train at OZFIT Personal Training:

1. Because everybody who does OZFIT is so lovely and friendly. 
2. You will achieve what you want to achieve here. 
3. Because Mason and Alicia know so much about fitness and nutrition you will learn so much.
