The ‘LIFESTYLE RE: SET is an all-inclusive 12 week PT package that incorporates goal specific training, personalized nutrition plans, weekly/fortnightly check-ups and strength testing for the clients who are wanting to Fastrack their goals. We believe these 4 key areas the package focuses on will help clients forge a healthier lifestyle and/or assist any client wanting to achieve their health & fitness goals in a shorter timeframe.
