Multiple times throughout the year we run our renowned fitness challenges, in 8 and 10 week formats. We also offer a 12 week challenge which we call our Lifestyle RE: Set program which we can start for you any time during the year. By being a club member you get access to cheaper challenge prices as the prices for the challenges are fixed and added to your membership.

Our recovery cave will help you mentally switch off and de-stress by combining a range of Sound and Vibrational Healing, Essential Oils, Crystal Healing and Chi Generators. With a fully air-conditioned private room and warm lighting the Recovery Cave creates a tranquil and relaxing environment that you will never want to leave. The room also boasts genuine leather recliners and NORMA-TEC Massage Systems, allowing the body the chance to release tension and stress to truly unwind and relax.

Indulge your body with a 60min Full-Body Rain Drop Healing. This experience is like no other, with the combination of essential oils, effleurage massage techniques, chi generators, Healing Crystals, Himalayan salt lamps & unique sound healing frequencies.
