Kids Club Membership
Our Kids Club Membership gives your child access to regular group fitness classes designed for younger participants. These fun, energetic classes help children develop coordination, strength, and confidence while making fitness a fun part of their routine in our Capalaba gym.
11 Years & Under Membership.
$10* per week
- Full group session access and club access for 12 weeks.
12 – 17 Years of Age Membership.
$20* per week
- Full group session access and club access for 12 weeks.
Please Note: A parent and/or guardian who is also an OZFIT club member MUST accompany all children using the kids’ club memberships.

What ages do you cater to at OZFIT Gym?
We design our kids’ fitness programs for children aged 6–17, with specific memberships for children 11 and under and 12–17. We tailor classes and personal training sessions to specific age groups, ensuring appropriate activities and challenges.
Do parents need to stay during kids fitness classes?
Parents are required to accompany their children using the Kids Club membership. This provides a great opportunity for family fitness, as many parents enjoy training alongside their children during group sessions.
What should my child wear to fitness classes?
Wear comfortable sportswear and supportive athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel to our Capalaba gym.
Is prior fitness experience needed for kids classes?
Not at all! Our programs cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced young athletes. Our trainers will assess your child’s fitness level and provide guidance.
